SleekCiteIno – Refund and Returns Policy

At SleekCiteIno, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not fully happy with your instrument or product, we are here to assist you with our Refund and Returns Policy.

1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition (unused, with tags, and packaging)
  • Within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Some items, such as customized instruments, accessories, and opened software, may not be eligible for returns.

2. Process for Returning Items

To return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at info@sleekciteino.com or call (251) 649-4210. We will guide you through the process, and you will be provided with a return authorization number. Please pack the item securely, and include all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a faulty or damaged item.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@sleekciteino.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damaged product, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
